Refund Policy

Welcome to the Adventuretects Refund Policy (“Policy”). This Policy shall apply when you request a refund from us. Since Adventuretects LLC does not offer physical products, this Policy will not be similar to that of a company providing physical products. Therefore, we do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind regarding our services. However, we care about you and want to keep you satisfied as best as we can. We may only provide a refund under the following categorized instances and conditions:

1. Refunds Policy prior to booking Third Party Services

This type of refund applies only if we have not booked any third party services such as accommodation, attractions, tours, and airfares. This is the stage when the itinerary is just being designed and transferred to you for approval.
1.1 If you do not like the itinerary design
Since we offer 3 modification stages for a designed itinerary, the refund will be issued under the 3 stages as categorized below:
1.2 If you had/have an emergency to attend to

This may include emergencies such as health issues, injuries, deaths within the family, and the likes. When any of these happens and you missed or will miss your travel, you will have the option to choose a different date in the future or get a FULL REFUND of your service fees.

Please, note that we will only refund or postpone under this heading if you have a certified or legal document to back your claims.

1.3 If your travel Visa is denied
In some cases, you may not be granted a Visa, which means your travel plans will be affected. If this happens and you present your claim with a legal document as proof, you will be issued a FULL REFUND of the service fees.

2. Refunds Policy after Third Party Services have been booked

This type of refund applies after you have approved the itinerary design, including the third party services attached to it such as accommodation, attractions, activities, airfare or tours have been confirmed and booked.
2.1 If you change your mind

A. No refunds will be granted for our booking service fees i.e., Solo Explorers, Group Explorers or Custom Quote daily planning fees. This means NO REFUNDS of the total Adventuretects service fees.

For third party services already booked:

B. Attractions and Activities Tickets: This include, but are not limited to, museums, guided tours, and amusement parks. These third party services are prepaid and do not offer refunds, according to their policies. Therefore, NO REFUNDS will be issued.

C. Accommodation: Refunds under this will be subject to the cancellation and refund policy of the third party service involved. For the avoidance of doubt, if the third party service approves a refund through their refund policy, you will be entitled to a FULL REFUND of the relevant accommodation fees.

D. Airfare, Airport Transfers, Travel Insurance: Refunds under this will be subject to the cancellation and refund policy of the third party service involved. For the avoidance of doubt, if the third party service approves a refund through their refund policy, you will be entitled to a FULL REFUND of the relevant Airfare, Airport Transfer and/or Travel Insurance fees.

2.2 If you had/have an emergency to attend to

2.3 If your Visa is denied

A. If your Visa is denied after our booking services, you will not be entitled to a REFUND of our service fees i.e., Solo Explorers, Group Explorers or Custom Quote daily planning fees; although you will have the option to choose a different travel date in the near future.

3. Refund Policy for lateness

In the event that you missed on your travel, a reservation, or appointment due to lateness, you will not be entitled to any REFUND.
